The project aims to implement a digital network platform of the supply chain in the meat value chain, in line with international standards.
In the case of the meat production and meat value chain- the establishment of cooperation and trust between herders and feedlots and end-consumers product supply without extra steps in the chain have a significant impact. By implementing the e-malchin platform and with the assistance of the mobile application, we will improve the cooperation between the herders of Tarialan soum, Khuvsgul province and feedlot , ensure participation of value chain stakeholder, and supply end-consumers with high-quality meat products. In establishing trust and cooperation between the herders and feedlot will use the cooperative’s system and cattle weight gain incentive system for stocks supplied by herders to the feedlot.
